Pre-Order
If you have decided for the door gifts that you want, you may just add it to the shopping cart, check out and pay 50% deposit to confirm order. Once we receive your deposit payment notification, we will proceed your order, it will takes about 8-10 weeks time. Customer only needs to pay the balance when the order is ready to deliver. Once your order has been processed and delivered, you will receive email/sms notification with the courier services tracking number.

Ready Stock’s Order
For ready stock, we are dealing on first come first serve basics. You may just add it to the shopping cart, check out and make the payment accordingly. Once we receive your payment notification, we will pack your order within 3 working days and send the parcel to you according to your delivery selection. Once your order has been processed and delivered, you will receive email notification with the courier services tracking number.

Sample Purchase
If you cannot come to our showroom to view the sample, you can choose to purchase the sample from us before placing your order. You may just add it to the shopping cart, check out and make a full payment although the item is stated for pre-order only. we will send you the sample by the next working day. Once your order has been processed and delivered, you will receive email notification with the courier services tracking number.

* For order status, customers may sign in to the member area to check on the status of their order.

For International Order:
We accept international order & ship worldwide. However, we only enable the shipping feature for ASEAN COUNTRIES including Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Therefore, for international customer from other countries, please contact us (info@doorgift.net) before placing any order to confirm the item and for us to calculate the shipping fee.

We accept Paypal & Western Union payment for international order.
For payment via paypal, 5% of handling fee will be imposed from the total amount (item cost + shipping fee).

Items that we do not ship internationally are:
– flamable items such as candle
– glass items such as coaster

Lead Time
Pre-order: 8-10 weeks
Ready Stock’s Order: 3 working days.
Sample Purchase: 1 working days.

Terms and Conditions
Once customers have confirmed and placed order, cancellation or change to other goods is not allowed. If we fail to order the goods for customer, 100% money back is guaranteed.

The colour and pictures that you view on our website may be slightly different with the actual product. Therefore, we will not make full guarantee that the products you receive will look 100% the same as what you see on our website. However, any inquiry is more than welcome so that customers can know further of the products and are satisfied with the services we offer.

We will not respond to any missing or damage products during the delivery process but we will try our best to contact the delivery company in case you didn’t receive the products in stipulated time.

Delivery Method & Time
Our Default delivery method:
Semenanjung Malaysia: Gdex (1-3 working days)
East Malaysia(Sabah,W.P.Labuan & Sarawak): Pos Biasa (7-10 working days)
ASEAN Countries (Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam): Pos Malaysia Air Parcel (10-20 working days)

Delivery Charges
The delivery fee, which are charges by shipping carriers, will be calculated on the weight of the products delivered.

Proper & safe packing will be done by Renown Gift.

Renown Gift will not be responsible for any damages or lost of parcel caused by the shipping company. Please open and inspect the parcel before signing to receive the parcel. Do not receive if the item is damaged due to the shipping company. We can help to assist you in filing such claim against the shipping carrier. Also, customers also can choose to pick up their items from our showroom, please check our address and business hour at contact us link.

Return Policy
If there is manufacturer defect or items incorrectly sent, please contact us at 03-41319731 for a return authorization within 7 days of receipt of your order and return the item to us in their original unused condition with the tags intact and return to us within 7 days from date of our agreement to such return. The refund will be given as money back or in exchange for item of equivalent value. Any shipping charges arising from the return will be borne by the customers.
